Individuals registering for Advice LIVE 2025 have the option to pay their conference registration fees, including partner packages, social functions and optional activities, via revenue deductions if registered by the applicable dates:

Revenue deduction tranche 1: if registered by Friday 20 September, 2024
The deductions will be taken over 10 equal payments with the first deduction on the 4 October 2024 settlement and the last deduction at the end of February 2025 settlement.

Revenue deduction tranche 2: if registered by Friday 6 December, 2024
The deductions will be taken over 5 equal payments with the first deduction on the 19 December 2024 settlement and the last deduction at the end of February 2025 settlement.

Accommodation bookings cannot be paid via revenue deductions and full payment must be received prior to the event. If booking accommodation, you can indicate on the registration form your preferred method of payment.

Group registration is available to practice's registering more than two (2) employees to Advice LIVE 2025. 

A 20% discount per person is applicable for 5 or more registrations, ie. every 5th delegates is ultimately free of charge. Registration costs are based on Super Early Bird, Early Bird or Standard Registration ticket prices, based on the time of registration.

Revenue Deductions

Payment for all group bookings (including conference registration fees, partner packages, social functions and optional activity costs) received up to 6 December 2024 will be via revenue deductions.

The schedule of deductions will vary depending on the date booked as outlined below: 

Revenue deduction tranche 1: Friday 20 September, 2024
The deductions will be taken over 10 equal payments with the first deduction on the 4 October 2024 settlement and the last deduction at the end of February 2025 settlement.

Revenue deduction tranche 2: Friday 6 December, 2024
The deductions will be taken over 5 equal payments with the first deduction on the 19 December 2024 settlement and the last deduction at the end of February 2025 settlement.

Accommodation Bookings

Accommodation bookings cannot be paid via revenue deductions and full payment must be received prior to the event to confirm each bookings. Upon completion of the registration form, your Practice will receive an invoice for all accommodation bookings relating to your group registration. Full payment of this invoice is required prior to the event to confirm all bookings.

• Individuals contact details including:
  • Payee ID (for revenue deductions)
  • Dietary requirements
  • Emergency contact information
  • Kaplan Ontrack Account details (if collecting CPD points)
• Registration package (3 day or 2 day)
• Masterclass and/or community activity selection (included in 3 day package)
• Accommodation requirements
